Price, Jr., P.A., we understand our duties to the community.  First and foremost, our duty is to ensure that our clients are capably and aggressively represented.  For that reason, we remain open and working to ensure that our clients still have access to our team during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We remain ready and willing to meet with you remotely so we can answer any questions you may have regarding your legal case.
However, as a member of our larger community, we understand that we also have a duty to practice safe social distancing during these unusual but serious times. For that reason, we have instituted the following COVID-19 social distancing protocols:
1.) All meetings that do not have to take place in person will not take place in person.  Any consultations that can occur remotely by telephone or email will be done remotely by telephone or email.
2.) We are happy to review documents, but ask that you try to scan and email or fax documents to our attention.  In the event that a document must be dropped off, we ask that you kindly leave it in the outside box next to our lobby door.  We will be happy to review your document promptly and call you to discuss our thoughts.
3.) Meetings that must take place in person will still be scheduled. However, we ask on behalf of ourselves and our families that you do not come to our offices if you are sick or have experienced symptoms like coughing or fever.
4.) There may be instances where you reach our answering service during normal business hours. In such an event, please be assured that we are actively monitoring our calls and your call will be promptly returned by a knowledgeable attorney or paralegal.
