Willie H. McAbee, III

Willie Horton McAbee III, known informally as Will, is an Associate at David R. Price, Jr., P.A. His dedication to the practice of law, passion for justice and a commitment to excellence is unparalleled.

Will attended undergraduate studies at Hampden-Sydney College and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After graduating law school, he served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael G. Nettles in Florence, South Carolina, and later as a Staff Attorney at the Supreme Court of South Carolina. Will furthered his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor in the Tenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting cases ranging from larceny to murder, with a special focus on the prosecution of white-collar crimes. With this comprehensive background, Will has become a trusted authority in many areas of law.

Known for his strategic legal insights, Will has successfully represented clients in numerous high-profile cases. Outside of his legal pursuits, Will enjoys reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with his wife, Whitney Lane McAbee of Augusta, Georgia, who is a Kindergarten teacher in Anderson County. He resides in Anderson County with his wife and their several pets.
