Won Most Recent Appeal to SC Court of Appeals

We are pleased to report that we won our most recent appeal to the S.C. Court of Appeals, whereby we secured the reversal of a trial court order as to whether our client’s first mortgage was intended to encumber Tract A in addition to Tract B.
